This wine presents with aromas of stone fruit and a touch of honey. The balanced acidity and soft oak tannin help to carry a soft lingering finish. This 100% “skin-contact fermentation” Viognier from our estate was barrel aged 30 months in neutral oak. “Amber” is made in an ancient style developed 6000 years ago in the Caucasus region of what is now the Eurasian country of Georgia. Also known as “Orange” wine, this unique and currently rare way of making white wines is limited to a highly aromatic grapes like Viognier. Enjoy it’s Uniqueness!
