Yes, you can get a fantastic Cabernet Sauvignon from someplace other than Napa. All the quality and half the price. A premium hand-crafted Estate Cabernet Sauvignon that will make you say "Wow"!
You can tell your friends you paid $100 for it. We won't tell.
This Element 79 favorite is not your typical Petite Sirah. It has the velvety deep purple extravagance you can expect and has some unexpected twists that is bound to impress.
100% Grown and Barreled in Fair Play, our Syrah is as bold in flavor and color as those coming out of Napa or the Santa Lucia Highlands. Our best grouping of Syrah grapes have been hand selected to produce the perfect balance of acidity and dusty tannins then wrapped in a dynamic flavor profile . Comprised of 97% Syrah and 3% Viognier, our Syrah was aged 22 months in 38% New French Oak Barrels.
This estate Cabernet is a beautiful rendition of a true Bordeaux. Crimson in color with scents of green bean and cranberry with a distinct minerality. This youthful Cabernet finishes dry with both lingering tannin and acidity. We recommend pairing it with classic steakhouse dishes.

Polished and smooth, this purple beast has a nice dry finish with balanced tannins. Hints of black plumb and leather on the nose while black pepper and brown sugar fight for placement on the palate. The team suggests a grilled ribeye or braised short ribs.
This Zinfandel-based blend is a favorite of our club members and customers and is a top seller. It is a blend of 4 of our Estate red varietals. Delicious and versatile.
A seductive blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. This cuvee is bursting with dark fruit and oak. Balanced acid and glossy tannins leave a nice long finish.
