This rare field blend of 51% Syrah and 49% Viognier is co-fermented then aged 9 months in French Oak. This wine has wonderful aromas of dark cherry and stone fruit with just a hint of pipe tobacco. The flavors of sun kissed dark cherry and vanilla dance on your palate. The balanced acidity and soft lingering tannins lend to a wonderful long finish.

Ripe and intense characters showcase a well-structured proprietary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel with aromas of blackberry, red licorice and suede. Dark reductive fruit makes this a perfect wine for sipping or pairing with food. A classic Mole` dish or teriyaki comes to mind.

This estate Cabernet is a beautiful rendition of a true Bordeaux. Crimson in color with scents cranberry with a distinct minerality. This youthful Cabernet finishes dry with both lingering tannin and acidity.  We recommend pairing it with classic steakhouse dishes.
