Element 79 Vineyards

A favorite of our members, this chardonnay always sells out before our next vintage is released. 

This chilled refreshing red wine was produced using “carbonic maceration,” which is popular in the Beaujolais region of France to produce their highly sought after Nouveau wines.  We knew our Estate Zinfandel would be the perfect grape to make this New World take on this Old World style. 

We partially barrel ferment this estate wine which allows for a heavier body making this a white wine even red wine drinkers can enjoy.
