The grapes for this premium wine farmed with the same quality as all of our premium wines. Farmed and harvested especially for this wine making project the grapes were picked at champaign level brix. Lower sugars equals lower alcohol yeilding a "less guilt" product of only 12% alcohol. A bright, clean, refreshing sparkling wine with a hint of hops to enhance the complexity.
